I hear more than a few entrepreneurs saying they do. A large crowd saying they are trying to. And an even bigger number saying they want to know how.
No matter how you define it, having a successful business means being willing to do things others are not.
What are you REALLY willing to do?
Do you have a website or blog? Are you consistent with fresh content? Or do you sit around and say you need to blog more, but in reality you blog when you feel like it?
What about building a prospect list? Do you have an optin box (I recommend aweber), with a compelling and exciting free offer that entices prospects to give you their e-mail address? Or are you just hoping folks will subscribe to your newsletter even though you’ve given them no good reason to?
How about your offers? Are you offering your products and services regularly to people who want them? Do you have an e-mail marketing system in place or do you e-mail your list only when you think about it.
Are you getting the picture?
In order to be successful, you have to set goals, have a system in place, work the system, and measure the results. In other words, you have to DO something!
It’s just simple math.
For example, if you want to make $525 this week, you need to sell 3 products a day for $25 each. Or 5 products a day for $5 each.
If you want to add 50 Twitter followers this week, you need to connect with 7 new people a day.
If you want your blog to have a new post every day, write ONE every day.
Successful people know their numbers. And they break the numbers down into simple, do-able action plans. And, (here’s the secret) they don’t end the day until the goal is met.
Small things matter. Continue to take action to move toward your goal daily and watch what happens!
My guess is, online business success is yours for the taking!
